Ingredients
4 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3–4 lemons)
1/4 cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
4 cups cold water
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Lemon slices (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Puree the peaches: In a blender, combine the peeled and pitted peaches with 1/2 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
Make the lemonade: In a large pitcher, mix the fresh lemon juice, honey or sugar, and the peach puree. Stir until the sweetener is dissolved.
Add water: Pour in the remaining 3 1/2 cups of cold water, and stir to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or sugar if needed.
Chill: Refrigerate the peach lemonade for at least 30 minutes to cool.
Serve: Pour the lemonade over ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices if desired.
