Peach Sorbet – A Refreshing and Fruity Summer Treat

  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced

  • ½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • ¼ cup water


Instructions

  • Freeze the peaches: Place the peach slices on a tray and freeze for 2–3 hours until solid.

  • Blend: In a blender or food processor, add frozen peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth.

  • Adjust: Taste and adjust sweetness or add a splash more water if needed.

  • Freeze again (optional): For a firmer texture, transfer to a container and freeze for 1–2 more hours.

 

  • Serve: Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy immediately!
