For the Crust:

¼ cup heavy whipping cream (or milk, for a lighter texture)
For the Topping:

½ cup melted chocolate chips (optional)

Crushed peanuts or mini chocolate chips (for garnish)
Instructions

Make the Crust:

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar.

Press a spoonful into the bottoms of a mini muffin pan or silicone molds.

Chill in the fridge while you prepare the filling.

Prepare the Filling:

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.

Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.

Slowly beat in heavy cream until light and fluffy.

Assemble the Bites:

Spoon or pipe the filling over the chilled crusts.

Smooth the tops with a spatula or back of a spoon.

Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or until set.
