Ingredients
1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1/4 cup pesto sauce (store-bought or homemade)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine pesto, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the fridge.

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.

Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked wooden skewers.

Grill the chicken skewers for 5–7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Serve hot with your favorite side dish or on a salad.
