Piña Colada Smoothie: A Tropical Delight for Every Season

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt

  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice

  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 cup ice cubes


Instructions

Prepare Ingredients:
Gather pineapple chunks, coconut milk, yogurt, pineapple juice, and ice.

Blend:
In a blender, combine pineapple chunks, coconut milk, yogurt, pineapple juice, shredded coconut (if using), honey or maple syrup (if using), and ice cubes.

Blend Until Smooth:
Blend on high until creamy and smooth, about 1-2 minutes.

 

Serve:
Pour into glasses and garnish with a pineapple slice or a sprinkle of shredded coconut if desired. Enjoy immediately!
