Ingredients
1 (13.8-ounce) can refrigerated pizza dough
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Prepare the Dough:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough onto the baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
Add Cinnamon Sugar:
In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the buttered dough.
Use a pizza cutter or knife to slice the dough into strips, but do not separate them.
Bake:
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before separating the strips.
Prepare the Icing:
In a bowl, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Drizzle over warm cinnamon sticks before serving.
