1¾ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

1½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg

1 cup canned pumpkin puree

½ cup vegetable oil

2 eggs

¾ cup sugar

¼ cup brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

¾ cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5” loaf pan.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

In another bowl, mix pumpkin, oil, eggs, sugars, and vanilla until smooth.

Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.

Pour into pan and bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool completely before slicing.
