2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
-
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
-
2 teaspoons sesame oil
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
-
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions
1. Prepare Cauliflower:
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cauliflower florets and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and slightly tender (about 6-8 minutes).
2. Make Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
3. Toss Cauliflower in Sauce:
Pour the sauce over the cauliflower in the skillet. Stir well to coat and cook for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens and cauliflower is sticky and glazed.
