Ingredients
2 packs of instant ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packet)
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

Cook ramen noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.

In a large skillet or saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

Stir in the flour and cook for about 1–2 minutes, until it forms a thick paste.

Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 3–5 minutes, until it thickens.

Stir in the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.

Toss the cooked ramen noodles into the cheese sauce, stirring until well coated.
