Ramen Noodle Mac and Cheese – Creamy, Cheesy, and Ready in Minutes

2 packs of instant ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packet)
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  • Cook ramen noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.

  • In a large skillet or saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

  • Stir in the flour and cook for about 1–2 minutes, until it forms a thick paste.

  • Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.

  • Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 3–5 minutes, until it thickens.

  • Stir in the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

  • Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.

  • Toss the cooked ramen noodles into the cheese sauce, stirring until well coated.

 

  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
