Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

½ cup raspberry jam or preserves

½ cup fresh raspberries (optional)

4 oz cream cheese (softened)

2 tbsp powdered sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp butter (melted)

1 tbsp granulated sugar
For the Glaze:

½ cup powdered sugar
-
1–2 tbsp milk
-
½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat Oven & Prepare Dough:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Separate crescent roll dough into triangles.

Prepare the Filling:

In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Assemble the Rolls:

Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture over each crescent triangle.

Add about 1 teaspoon of raspberry jam near the wide end of each triangle.

Optionally, place a fresh raspberry on top.

Roll up each crescent, starting from the wide end and tucking the edges slightly to prevent filling from leaking.

Bake:

Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with granulated sugar.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Make the Glaze & Serve:

Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Drizzle over warm crescent rolls before serving.
