2 large cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: sliced radishes or extra dill for garnish


Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, combine cucumbers, yogurt, sour cream, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy.

  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

 

  • Garnish with sliced radishes or a sprinkle of dill, if desired.
