Ingredients

2 large cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: sliced radishes or extra dill for garnish
Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine cucumbers, yogurt, sour cream, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Garnish with sliced radishes or a sprinkle of dill, if desired.
