10 fresh mint leaves
1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges
2 teaspoons sugar
1 cup ice cubes
1 1/2 oz white rum
1/2 cup club soda
Extra mint sprig and lime wedge, for garnish
Instructions

In a sturdy glass, muddle the mint leaves, 2 lime wedges, and sugar until mint is bruised and lime releases juice.

Add remaining lime wedges and muddle gently again.

Fill the glass with ice cubes.

Pour in the rum and top with club soda.

Stir well and garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge.

Serve immediately and enjoy chilled.
