1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed & halved

6 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Spread sprouts evenly on the baking sheet. Scatter chopped bacon on top.

Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until sprouts are caramelized and bacon is crispy.

If desired, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and honey/maple syrup before serving.
