1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: grated Parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast for 20–25 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden and crispy on the edges.

Garnish with Parmesan or red pepper flakes if desired. Serve warm.
