  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)

  • 4 large eggs

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup mini pretzels

  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes


Instructions

  • Preheat Oven & Prep Pan:

    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

    • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.

  • Make the Brownie Batter:

    • In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.

    • Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.

    • Sift in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder, stirring until combined.

  • Bake the Brownies:

    • Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

    • Arrange mini pretzels evenly over the batter.

    • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out slightly fudgy.

  • Add Caramel & Salt:

    • Drizzle warm caramel sauce over the brownies.

    • Sprinkle with sea salt flakes for a sweet-salty crunch.
