Ingredients

300 g mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, calamari)

200 g mushrooms (sliced)

1 onion (finely chopped)

2 garlic cloves (minced)

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

200 ml heavy cream (30%)

100 ml white wine

100 g Gruyère or Parmesan cheese (grated)

1 tbsp flour

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp nutmeg

50 g breadcrumbs
-
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a baking dish.

Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.

Add mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender. Stir in the flour and cook for another minute.

Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Add the cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.

Stir in the seafood and cook for 2-3 minutes until just heated through. Remove from heat.

Transfer the mixture to the baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs. Dot with the remaining butter.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbling.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
