1 (12 oz) bag tortilla chips

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

2 cups shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

1/2 cup black beans (optional), drained and rinsed

1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)

1/4 cup corn kernels (optional)

Optional toppings: sour cream, chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes, avocado, green onions
Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
Prepare Chicken:
In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
Assemble Nachos:
Spread half the chips evenly on the prepared sheet pan. Layer with half the cheese, BBQ chicken, beans, onions, corn, and jalapeños.
Repeat with remaining chips and toppings to build a second layer.
Bake:
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Finish & Serve:
Top with sour cream, avocado, cilantro, green onions, or any other favorite toppings. Serve immediately for a smoky, cheesy, crowd-pleasing dish!
