Ingredients
-
1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
-
1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
-
4 tbsp olive oil
-
4 tbsp melted butter
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
1 tsp smoked paprika
-
Salt & black pepper, to taste
-
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
-
Toss potatoes with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on the sheet pan and roast for 20–25 minutes, until nearly tender.
-
While potatoes cook, season steak bites with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
-
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic and set aside.
-
Remove pan from oven, add steak bites, and drizzle everything with remaining olive oil. Roast for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until steak is cooked to your liking.

Pour garlic butter over steak and potatoes, tossing gently to coat.
-
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
