🍌 3 ripe bananas (mashed)

🧈 1/3 cup melted butter (or vegetable oil)

🍦 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

🌾 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

🧂 1 teaspoon baking soda

🧂 1/4 teaspoon salt

🍫 Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped walnuts
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease lightly.

Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add egg, sugars, melted butter, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.

Add dry ingredients: Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Do not overmix.

Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.

Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling about 3/4 full.

Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
