  • – 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • – 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • – 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

  • – 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • – 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for heat)

  • – 8 small flour or corn tortillas

  • – 1 cup shredded cabbage

  • – 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

  • – 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • – 1/4 cup sour cream

  • – 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • – Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Season the Shrimp:
    In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  • Cook the Shrimp:
    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat.

  • Prepare the Sauce:
    In a small bowl, mix sour cream with lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Assemble Tacos:
    Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave. Divide shrimp evenly among tortillas. Top with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, cilantro, and a drizzle of the lime sour cream sauce.
