Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to your heat preference)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
Salt and pepper to taste
Lime wedges, for garnish
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until they turn pink and are cooked through.

Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour the sauce mixture over the shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Let it simmer for another minute, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.

Remove from heat and garnish with lime wedges and fresh cilantro.

Serve hot, either on its own or over rice or noodles.
