12 mozzarella cheese sticks

12 slices thick-cut bacon

1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)

2 tbsp cayenne pepper (adjust for heat)

2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix hot sauce, brown sugar, cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, and melted butter to make the Nashville hot glaze.

Wrap each mozzarella stick tightly with a slice of bacon, securing ends with toothpicks.

Place wrapped sticks on the baking sheet. Brush generously with the hot glaze.

Bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until bacon is crispy and cheese is starting to melt.

Brush with extra glaze before serving for extra spice.
