Ingredients
2 oz tequila (blanco or reposado)
1 oz triple sec or orange liqueur
1 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz pineapple juice
2–3 thin slices serrano pepper (with or without seeds, depending on heat preference)
1/2 oz agave syrup (adjust to taste)
Ice
Chili-lime salt (like Tajín), for rimming the glass (optional)
Pineapple wedge and serrano slice, for garnish
Instructions

Rim the Glass (Optional): Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip it into chili-lime salt. Set aside.

Muddle Serrano: In a cocktail shaker, muddle the serrano slices with agave syrup to release the spice.

Mix the Margarita: Add tequila, triple sec, lime juice, pineapple juice, and a handful of ice to the shaker. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

Serve: Fill the prepared glass with ice and strain the margarita into the glass.
