¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to spice preference)

½ teaspoon black pepper

Juice of 1 lime
For the Avocado Lime Sauce:

1 ripe avocado

½ cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)

Juice of 1 lime

1 garlic clove
-
¼ teaspoon salt

¼ cup fresh cilantro
-
2 tablespoons water (or more for consistency)
For Serving:

8 small corn or flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cabbage or slaw mix

½ cup diced tomatoes
-
½ cup crumbled queso fresco or feta cheese

Fresh cilantro & lime wedges for garnish
Instructions

Prepare the Shrimp:

In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, then cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.

Squeeze fresh lime juice over the shrimp and set aside.

Make the Avocado Lime Sauce:

Blend avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic, salt, cilantro, and water until smooth. Adjust thickness with more water if needed.
