Ingredients
4 cups mixed fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the crisp topping:
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes
Pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, toss berries with sugar, cornstarch, lemon zest, and vanilla. Pour into a greased 8×8-inch baking dish.

In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in the butter using your fingers or a pastry cutter until the mixture is crumbly.

Sprinkle the crisp topping evenly over the berry mixture.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the berries are bubbling.
