  • Author: Hannah

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz stir-fry noodles (udon, lo mein, or rice noodles)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup snap peas
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Marinate the steak – In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch. Add steak slices and marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • Sear the steak – Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat. Add steak and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Cook the shrimp – In the same pan, add shrimp and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
  • Stir-fry the vegetables – Add a bit more oil if needed. Stir-fry garlic, ginger, bell peppers, and snap peas for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender.
  • Combine everything – Return the steak and shrimp to the pan. Add the cooked noodles, sesame oil, red pepper flakes (if using), and green onions. Toss everything together and cook for another minute.

  • Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot. Enjoy!
