2 ripe peaches, sliced

1 cup fresh blueberries

5 oz mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or spring mix)

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup candied pecans or walnuts

Dressing:

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or white balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon honey

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Make Dressing:
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Assemble Salad:
In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced peaches, blueberries, red onion, feta cheese, and candied pecans.
Dress and Toss:
Drizzle with prepared dressing and gently toss to coat.
