1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)

2 tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce:

¼ cup honey
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or rice vinegar)

1 tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:

In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Cook the Chicken:

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.

Make the Sauce:

In the same pan, lower heat to medium and add honey, soy sauce, sriracha, vinegar, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.

Stir well and let it simmer for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.

Combine Everything:

Return the cooked chicken to the pan and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.

Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce caramelizes.
