Ingredients
For the Wings:

2 lbs chicken wings (drums and flats)

1 tablespoon baking powder (for extra crispiness)

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon garlic powder
For the Sauce:

¼ cup honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons butter
-
1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon ketchup

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for extra spice)
Instructions

Preheat & Prepare the Wings:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or place a wire rack over it for extra crispiness.

Season the Wings:

In a large bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

Bake the Wings:

Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Prepare the Sauce:

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in honey, soy sauce, sriracha, ketchup, vinegar, and red pepper flakes.

Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Coat the Wings:

Remove wings from the oven and toss them in the sweet and spicy sauce until fully coated.
