  • 1/2 lb ground pork

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 cups barbecue sauce (your favorite kind)


Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Meatball Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, milk, egg, garlic, onion, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

Form Meatballs:
Roll mixture into 1 ½-inch meatballs and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake Meatballs:
Bake for 18–20 minutes or until cooked through and browned.

Add BBQ Sauce:
Transfer meatballs to a large skillet or slow cooker. Pour barbecue sauce over meatballs and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes to let flavors meld.

 

Serve:
Serve warm as an appetizer or main dish, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
