8 large marshmallows

8 graham cracker squares

4 chocolate bars (milk or dark), broken into pieces

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers or breadcrumbs

Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions
Assemble S’mores:
Place a piece of chocolate and a marshmallow between two graham cracker squares, gently pressing to form a sandwich.
Prepare Batter:
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
Coat S’mores:
Dip each assembled s’more into the batter, then coat thoroughly with crushed graham crackers or breadcrumbs.
Heat Oil:
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 350°F (175°C).
Fry S’mores:
Carefully fry s’mores in batches for 2–3 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Serve:
Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate sauce. Serve warm and enjoy!
