For the Dressing:

Instructions

Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. -
Assemble the Salad:
In a large bowl or platter, layer the mixed greens, sliced peaches, blueberries, red onion, and crumbled feta. -
Add Nuts (Optional):
Sprinkle with toasted pecans or walnuts for extra crunch.
