Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)

1 cup crushed tortilla chips

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh cilantro or green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook Beef:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
Add Seasoning:
Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water (according to seasoning packet instructions). Cook for 2–3 minutes until well combined and thickened. Remove from heat.
Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and black olives.
Form Bites:
Shape mixture into small bite-sized balls or scoop onto a serving platter.
Coat with Chips:
Roll or press each bite into crushed tortilla chips to coat.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions and serve immediately.
