Instructions
Combine Ingredients:
In a large bowl, mix cucumber slices, pineapple chunks, red onion, and cilantro.
Make Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
Toss Salad:
Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Chill & Serve:
Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before serving for best flavor. Serve chilled.
