Ingredients

– 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

– 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)

– 1/2 cup chicken broth or water

– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

– Salt and pepper, to taste

– Slider buns or sandwich rolls, for serving

– Optional: coleslaw, pickles, or extra BBQ sauce for topping
Instructions

Prepare Chicken:
Place chicken breasts or thighs in the slow cooker. -
Add Seasonings:
In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over the chicken. -
Cook:
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and shreds easily. -
Shred Chicken:
Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred using two forks. Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir to coat with sauce.

Serve:
Spoon pulled BBQ chicken onto slider buns or rolls. Top with coleslaw or pickles if desired. Serve warm and enjoy! 😋🍔
