1½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 cup pumpkin puree

½ cup brown sugar

¼ cup granulated sugar

½ cup vegetable oil

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin spice.

In another bowl, mix pumpkin, sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

Add dry ingredients to wet and stir until just combined.

Fill muffin cups ¾ full and bake for 18–22 minutes.
