Ingredients
For the Roll-Ups:

12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained

1 ½ cups ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg
-
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
½ teaspoon salt
-
½ teaspoon black pepper
-
2 cups marinara sauce
-
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions

Preheat Oven:

Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Filling:

In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, basil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Assemble the Roll-Ups:

Lay out cooked lasagna noodles on a flat surface.

Spread 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture evenly over each noodle.

Roll up the noodles tightly and place them seam-side down in a greased baking dish.

Add Sauce & Cheese:

Pour marinara sauce over the roll-ups.

Sprinkle extra mozzarella and Parmesan on top.

Bake:

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
