Ingredients
For the Burrito:

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp chili powder

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ cup nacho cheese sauce

1 cup cooked rice
-
½ cup sour cream
-
½ cup shredded lettuce
-
½ cup diced tomatoes

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

4 large flour tortillas
For the Grilled Cheese Topping:

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

2 tbsp butter (softened)
Instructions

Cook the Beef:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add ground beef, breaking it apart. Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Assemble the Burritos:

Lay a tortilla flat and spread a spoonful of nacho cheese sauce in the center.

Add cooked rice, seasoned beef, sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheeses.

Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a burrito.

Grill the Burrito:

Heat a skillet over medium-low heat.

Spread butter on the outside of the burrito.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese on top.

Place the burrito cheese-side down in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.

Flip and cook the other side until golden.

Serve:

Remove from the skillet, let cool slightly, and slice in half.

Serve with extra sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.
