1 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
-
1 cup shredded lettuce
-
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
-
1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
-
1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
-
4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
Stir in taco seasoning and water, and simmer for 3–4 minutes until thickened.
Warm the Tortillas:
Microwave or lightly toast tortillas to make them pliable.
Assemble the Wraps:
Spread nacho cheese sauce down the center of each tortilla. Add a scoop of seasoned beef, lettuce, tomatoes, crushed chips, and a dollop of sour cream if using.
Wrap It Up:
Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly from the bottom like a burrito.
Serve:
Serve warm as-is, or toast in a skillet or panini press for extra crispness. Perfect for a quick meal packed with cheesy, crunchy, taco-style goodness!
