White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Balls: A Delicious No-Bake Dessert

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup crushed freeze-dried raspberries

  • 6 oz white chocolate (melted)

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (or crushed biscuits)

  • ½ cup finely chopped white chocolate (for coating)


Instructions

  • Prepare the Filling:

    • In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

    • Fold in crushed freeze-dried raspberries.

    • Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.

  • Form the Balls:

    • Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.

    • Place on a lined tray and freeze for 15-20 minutes.

  • Coat the Cheesecake Balls:

    • Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.

    • Dip each ball into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.

    • Roll in crushed graham crackers or sprinkle with chopped white chocolate.

 

  • Chill and Serve:

    • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

    • Enjoy chilled for a creamy, sweet, and tangy treat!
