Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
