1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

Grate zucchini and squeeze out as much liquid as possible using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.

Stir in almond butter, honey, vanilla, and the squeezed zucchini until fully combined.
