🍓🍋 Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles Recipe: A Refreshing Homemade Summer Treat

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled

  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 34 lemons)

  • 1/31/2 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to sweetness)

  • 1/2 cup cold water

  • Optional: lemon zest (for extra zing)

  • Optional: sliced strawberries or lemon slices for texture


Instructions

1. Blend the Base:

Add strawberries, lemon juice, sweetener, and water to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed.

2. Strain (Optional):

If you prefer a smoother popsicle, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.

3. Add Texture (Optional):

Drop in thin slices of strawberries or lemon rounds into popsicle molds for a fun look and bite.

4. Pour into Molds:

Fill popsicle molds with the strawberry lemonade mixture, leaving a small space at the top for expansion.

5. Insert Sticks & Freeze:

Place sticks into molds and freeze for 4–6 hours, or until fully solid.

6. Unmold & Serve:

 

Run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to release the popsicles. Enjoy immediately!
