Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 3–4 lemons)

1/3–1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to sweetness)

1/2 cup cold water

Optional: lemon zest (for extra zing)

Optional: sliced strawberries or lemon slices for texture
Instructions
Add strawberries, lemon juice, sweetener, and water to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed.
If you prefer a smoother popsicle, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
Drop in thin slices of strawberries or lemon rounds into popsicle molds for a fun look and bite.
Fill popsicle molds with the strawberry lemonade mixture, leaving a small space at the top for expansion.
Place sticks into molds and freeze for 4–6 hours, or until fully solid.
Run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to release the popsicles. Enjoy immediately!
