1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced

1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain sweetened)

1β2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

1 tsp vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)

1 1/2 cups dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tbsp coconut oil (for smooth melting)
Instructions
1. Mix the Yogurt Base

In a bowl, stir together the diced strawberries, Greek yogurt, sweetener (if using), and vanilla extract.
2. Form Clusters

Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.

Scoop 1β2 tablespoons of the strawberry yogurt mixture into small clusters on the parchment.

Freeze for 1β2 hours, or until solid.
3. Melt the Chocolate

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil.

Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between, until smooth and melted.
4. Dip the Clusters

Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate using a fork or spoon.

Let excess drip off, then place back on the parchment paper.
5. Freeze Again

Freeze for another 20β30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm and set.
