  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain sweetened)

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)

  • 1 1/2 cups dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (for smooth melting)


Instructions

1. Mix the Yogurt Base

  • In a bowl, stir together the diced strawberries, Greek yogurt, sweetener (if using), and vanilla extract.

2. Form Clusters

  • Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.

  • Scoop 1–2 tablespoons of the strawberry yogurt mixture into small clusters on the parchment.

  • Freeze for 1–2 hours, or until solid.

3. Melt the Chocolate

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil.

  • Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between, until smooth and melted.

4. Dip the Clusters

  • Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate using a fork or spoon.

  • Let excess drip off, then place back on the parchment paper.

5. Freeze Again
