โ 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled

โ 1 cup white chocolate chips or white chocolate melting wafers

โ Blue sprinkles or edible blue glitter

โ Red, white, and blue nonpareils or star-shaped sprinkles (optional)
Instructions

Prep Strawberries:
Wash and dry strawberries thoroughly. Make sure they are completely dry for the chocolate to stick well. -
Melt White Chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. -
Dip Strawberries:
Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted white chocolate, covering about 2/3 of the berry. -
Add Sprinkles:
Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle the dipped strawberries with blue sprinkles or edible glitter, then add red, white, and blue nonpareils if using. -
Set:
Place strawberries on parchment paper or a silicone mat and let the chocolate harden at room temperature or in the fridge for about 15โ20 minutes.
