1.5 lbs chicken tenders (or sliced chicken breasts)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
For the Coating:

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

4 oz cream cheese, softened
-
1/2 cup ranch dressing (or 1 packet ranch seasoning + 1/2 cup sour cream)

2 green onions, chopped
Optional for Extra Crunch:

1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs

1 tbsp melted butter (for topping)
Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease or line a baking dish with parchment paper.
2. Season Chicken
-
Season chicken tenders with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Set aside.
3. Mix Crack Topping
-
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing (or sour cream + ranch mix), cheddar, bacon, and green onions until well combined.
4. Assemble in Pan

Place chicken tenders in the prepared baking dish.

Spoon the “crack” topping evenly over each piece of chicken.

(Optional) Mix crushed crackers or panko with melted butter and sprinkle on top for crunch.
5. Bake

Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and topping is bubbly and golden.

(Optional) Broil the last 2–3 minutes for extra browning.
6. Serve

Garnish with extra green onions or parsley.

Serve hot with a side of mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or a fresh salad.
