1 large head of broccoli (or 4 cups florets), cut into bite-size pieces

1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Instructions
1. Preheat Air Fryer

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
2. Season the Broccoli

In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.

Add Parmesan and lemon zest if desired for flavor boosts.
3. Air Fry the Broccoli

Place broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).

Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until edges are crispy and golden brown.
