  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra flavor)

  • Zest of 1/2 lemon (optional, for brightness)


Instructions

1. Preheat Air Fryer

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.

2. Season the Broccoli

  • In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.

  • Add Parmesan and lemon zest if desired for flavor boosts.

3. Air Fry the Broccoli

  • Place broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
