  • Author: Hannah

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tbsp homemade mix)

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole, chopped green onions

Instructions

Cook Taco Meat:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
Add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 3–4 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Assemble Taco Bombs:
Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5 inch circle. Add a spoonful of taco meat and a sprinkle of cheese to the center. Fold edges up and pinch to seal tightly into a ball.

Prep for Air Fryer:
Lightly brush each taco bomb with beaten egg for a golden finish.

Air Fry:
Place bombs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Work in batches if needed.

Serve:
Let cool slightly. Serve warm with your favorite taco toppings like sour cream, salsa, or guac. Perfect as a party snack or easy dinner
