Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
1/4 cup almond butter
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
Sea salt, for sprinkling (optional)
Instructions

Make Banana Sandwiches:

Spread a small amount of almond butter onto half of the banana slices.

Top with the remaining banana slices to make little “sandwiches.”

Freeze:

Place the banana sandwiches on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.

Melt Chocolate:

In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) until smooth.

Dip and Set:

Dip each frozen banana sandwich halfway into the melted chocolate.

Return to the baking sheet and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt if desired.

Freeze Again:

Freeze for another 10–15 minutes until the chocolate is set.
