1 wheel of Brie cheese (8–12 oz)

½ cup sliced almonds

1 egg, beaten

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp butter, melted

½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

¼ tsp salt

Crackers, apple slices, or bread for serving
Instructions

Prepare the Brie:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the Brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Coat with Almonds:

Brush the Brie with beaten egg to help the almonds adhere.

Press the sliced almonds evenly over the top and sides of the Brie.

Add Flavor:

Drizzle honey over the almonds.

Mix melted butter with cinnamon and salt, then brush over the top.

Bake the Brie:

Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the almonds are golden and the Brie is softened.
